Seniors Make sure that you pay your senior dues before they go up...

Late Fees Schedule:
August 6, 2012 - October 31, 2013               $100
November 1, 2012 - January 31, 2013          $120
February 1, 2013 - April 30, 2013                 $140
After April 30, 2013                                       $150

August 28 during all lunches and from 4 to 7pm

August 27,29 and October 1, 2, 25 during all lunches

October 24 during all lunches and from 4 to 7pm

February 1, and April 30, May 1 during all lunches

ANNOUNCEMENT INFORMATION

Each announcement comes with matching inner and outer envelopes and slots on the inside for the student name cards.  Please remember to order name cards (with your students formal name) as this is the only way the announcements will be personalized.

Choose one of the following easy ways to place your

Graduation Announcement order by February 8th, 2013

  1. Order on-line at www.gabalfour.com
  2. At school on the following day(s):  Friday, February 1st
  3. Mail in the enclosed form to:  Scholastic Images/Balfour, 2955 Horizon Park Drive, Suite D Suwanee, GA 30024
  4. Order at our student center (address above) Monday thru Friday 11am-5pm.

If you are unable to order by February 8th, orders may be placed online only from February 9th thru midnight, March 24th.  There will be a $15 individual handling fee added to orders placed during this time!  Please Note:  Orders placed prior to February 9th will be delivered at school.  You will receive notification as to the exact date, time, and location of this delivery via postcard.  All orders placed on or after February 9th will ship directly to your home to arrive by the end of April.
