SCRIP Fundraising

Visit the Fundraiser page for an explanation of the SCRIP Fundraising Program.  You can download an order form as often as you need, fill it out, bring it to the school lobby on Tuesday between 5:00 and 6:00pm, along with your payment, and your scrip will be available for pick-up the following Tuesday.  It's that easy!

Physicals Required for 2011-2012 Marching Band!

All Band Students need a current physical to march !

Hard copies of the physical forms are available in the Band Room outside of Mr. Mason’s Office or you can download the attached document.  

 

Master Info Packet and Band Booster Volunteer Form - Very Important!

Please review the Master Info Packet and bring the forms in the back of the packet to tonight's meeting.  If you have the time to fill out the forms, we would greatly appreciate it!  Also please bring the Band Booster Volunteer Form - filled out (too!) - to tonight's Band Booster Meeting at 7pm.  See You There!

Band Expense Reimbursement Credit Form

Parents/Band Students

Please use the attached Expense Reimbursement Credit Form when a reimbursement or a credit needs to be issued to a student’s account.  This form will enable us to perform our accounting tasks much more efficiently.  Thank you for your support!
