STEVEN HARDEGREE currently serves as Mill Creek High School's Discipline Coordinator and oversees the discipline for students with the last name A-C.  He brings twenty years of educational experience to our team and is a graduate of Shiloh High School.  Along with being our Discipline Coordinator, Mr. Hardegree is responsible for the administration Interim testing, Honors Night, Ninth Grade Assembly, Safety & Security Coordination, Mill Creek High School's Gwinnett Student Leadership Team (GSLT) and serves as a GCPS Hearing Officer.  He also oversees the instruction of Mill Creek High School's Social Studies department.

Mr. Hardegree has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education, a Master's degree in Teaching Philosophy, a Educational Specialist degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.  He is currently pursuing a Doctioral degree in Instructional Leadership.  Mr. Hardegree is certified in the fields of Social Studies Broad Field (9-12) and Educational Leadership (P-12)
